I am currently a computer science graduate student at San Francisco State University with an emphasis in computing for life sciences. My thesis work is in biomedical imaging, focusing on dental CT data. I also am pursuing interests in bioinformatics and pattern recognition and machine intelligence. In conjunction with school, I work as a software engineer for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). I am planning on entering a PhD program in late 2008 to continue research in biomedical imaging.
